Caivers Number WHAT IS THIS AND WHERE DID IT COME FROM!!

I have a wonderful client that has had a bad Caivers number. His credit score is GREAT. He has rebuilt since his divorce ..We were told a year ago we needed to wait 1 year for his Caivers Number to clear that was to happen on October 15^th 2008, The day has come and gone. The number is still not clear

We then learn that It can take up to 90 days to be cleared..

My client Single DAD with a bad X-WIFE documentable!! Is still being punished for a BAD marriage.

His daughter was so ready to move she had her whole room PACKED. Marie Westerman's Angel Baby

I had tears in my eyes and I could not explain WHAT THE CAIVERS number IS!!

Please help me HELP these GREAT people!!

Marie- I aked a lender today and they lead me to a web site... it has to do with a previous goverment debt. It most likely stems from a long ago past collection that is paid, but takes X # of years to drop off your credit. It could be from the X and have jointly effected him if they were married at the time of the default. Check this out for more info.

My husband and I lost tax refunds two years because his x wife owed federal student loans she had defaulted on. Stayed on our credit for 7 years after the collection was paid.
