New Idaho Bank Owned list posted

An updated Ada County Bank Owned list has been posted on the Idaho Bank Owned Homes page of my website! I must admit, as I compiled this new list, I was amazed at some of the prices! Check back often as I post updated Idaho Bank Owned lists frequently. And did I mention that this list is FREE!!!

Pam - Good info on the differences between Foreclosure, Short Sale and Bank Owned Property. I bet there are some great deals out there for people that are in a position to buy. I am sure realtors like yourself would love to take advantage of all the good investments out there for the picking.

If you really were to put that sign out, you wouldn't be able to handle the calls you would get!

Good service for consumers. There are customers who call me and say they paid a service for a list and it is a waste of money because we can help them and do not charge them.
