Hi Penny,
I see you are up early like me--the early bird gets the worm they say. LOL! Hope that applies to the sales too.

Wow! You live in a beautiful area. Enjoyed reading about the lots (and seeing them). Our market here is sloooow. It will be a long winter, but I hope we have lots of snow.

Cynthia - I love to start the day early, not much of a night owl!

Susie - Yes, it is a BEAUTIFUL area, and we usually only get snow once per winter, so it's easy to move no matter when you're arriving. I do hope you get plenty of snow as well, so I can hit the mountains, with my trusty skis (and only a couple of hours away!)
