The Forest Estates Neighborhood in Silver Spring, Maryland 20902 is bordered by Georgia Avenue to the west, Dennis Avenue to the north, Forest Glen Road to the south, and Sligo Creek Park to the east. There are 3 Legal Subdivisons that make up what is considered Forest Estates they are Forest Grove (the oldest) Forest Estates had the most houses and the Forestvale Subdivision.
