Hello fellow grand parent. I started my real estate career when my daughter was 3 yers old and that was 31 years ago. Today she has a daughter, my sunshine, Sarah Rose. Sarah is now 22 months old and she is so much fun. They often stop at the office on their way home or on the weekends and it is like a burst of fresh air blowing thru from front to back. She is a friendly, happy go lucky beautiful little girl with the curliest of hair who loves to sing and dance. She just perks up the entire office. If you aren't a grand parent yet rest assured that every wonderful thing you ever heard from anyone about being a grand parent is true! Sometimes I get to pick her up at day care and when I walk into her area and she sees me and smiles from ear to ear and comes running yelling "nana" it just makes me melt. She gives the best hugs and wet kisses on earth. My birthday present was my very own car seat and it was my best gift.

Tomorrow she and I will have a play date as we will spend the day at "Story Book Land" which is an amusement park in South Jersey near Atlantic City for young kids. I will be exhausted by the late afternoon however it will cure all my woes. It is like having had a day at the spa. We will run, play, laugh, eat nothing that is good for us, go on rides and yell out "weeeeeeeeeeeeeeee".  I will come back to the office on Friday ready to tackle the worst of any day!

Yes, being a granparent is the best.

She is precious!  Thanks for sharing her photos and posting about her!  I have 3 grandboys under the age of 4 and they are the light of my life.  I can't wait for them to arrive tomorrow.  I am cooking tonight so I can spend the day playing with them.  Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family!!
