Glenn Beck off CNN and moving to Fox

Mortgage and Lending with Advana Mortgage

I guess CNN didn't like him, but Fox does.  Why does the media have to be biased and purposely force an opinion on viewers, rather than giving news.  I have never seen so many broadcast stations move to one side of the arena than this year.

I just checked out CNN's website and they have completely removed any news or history of Glenn's departure, I am curious about the real story there.

He made a good decision to go to Fox.  I think the guy on Cnn that said yes Sarah Palin that she was right.  All the good guys are on Fox

I wonder if part of it is radio. Some of the rules and practices of radio, especially in the AM band, have to do with "equal time" issues. If you're syndicated on a station that already has too many of the same ideology there is the perceived need to find a balance. It hasn't seemed to help ratings however, people tend to want to listen to a variety of personalities who share their philosophy. Bottom line: Beck would make more with Fox than with CNN.

I like Glenn Beck he thinks outside the box!  I recently signed up for his emails and he puts together a great humorous twist on his newsletter.  He is a great talent!  It is a loss for CNN.  It will be interesting if we hear what happens to their ratings?

I agree, I haven't listened to him in recent weeks, but I like his humor and that he doesn't take himself too serious.  Though at times he gets caught up in the dark side of things, he is overall a good person to listen to because he just lays it all out on the table.  I agree Fox does have all the good guys, I'm surprised Hannity and Colmes are still going strong and haven't been split up.

My husband and I missed Glenn the moment he left CNN.  There is absolutely nothing on TV we watch more than Glenn Beck.  We had to go on line to find out where he went.  We get him on talk radio and it was a comfort to hear his voice there... There is such a void at CNN without him.  Lou Dobbs is in his slot and some other program...but Glenn...lets say Glenn is engaging and insightful and honest and usually right about "stuff."  We don't get FOX...the dish net work took that package away from us a year or two ago.  I think we will try and get cable ... IF... it carries FOX and Glenn Beck. Other wise I guess we'll have to watch Canadian TV for entertainment. I didn't realize how addicted I had become to Glenn's voice, logic and great sense of humor.  Thanks for your talent and especially for you, Glenn.

What happened?....One day Glenn was there then he was gone.  I had my TEVO set to record him everyday...oneday somebody different was there (eventhough the show was still called Glenn Beck Show).

Yes, I would like to know the real was too sudden....I don't think it was a planned thing.  I'm wondering if he chose to leave or if CNN made the decision.  One of his web casts was on "freedom of Speech"...coinsidence???

Glen Beck says it the way it is!  We miss his CNN programme and wonder if Canada will give it to us to get a balance.  Maybe he is too right wing for most people.  What a shame we must all listen to folk from the left most of the time.
