My sister recommended that I call you. I want to sell my house in penfield and buy another one in the Penfield School district. I would like to stay in the Cobbles school district. Our house is I think worth 175,000 , we would like to stay under 300,000. I might even be willing to build a new home but really would like to stay in that school district in Penfield.

I am thinking of buying a home in Rochester I grew up in Irondequoit and live in New york city now. Is there a website you suggest. If I relocate back I would like to look for a house in Penfield, Webster, Fairport, maybe Pittsford and Victor. Not sure, my wife wants to visit and look into what schools are better. I might even consider Irondequoit but would want to see how the schools are now its been a long time.

Hey mike I was looking on-line for houses for sale in Irondequoit and saw your www.Irondequoitrealtor.com website, pretty cool looks like your doing really well. Tara and I are thinking of moving again. I really want to stay in Irondequoit for the schools and Tara has a new job and works in Irondequoit. Hi I am looking to buy my first home and would like to buy a home in the town of Penfield. My husband and I would like to stay in the Penfield Central School District. What are some of the benifits of Condo, townhouses,.... and what is the differnce between those anyway??? verse and buying a house. I keep seeing HOA what does that mean??

We have been going to open houses all summer. I keep seeing your real estate signs all over the place and I wanted to see if you would be willing to talk to me and my husband.

I think we want a 3 to 4 bedroom in Penfield Schools, 1/2 acres lot and would like to stay under 200,000 if we can. We currently rent a house in the town of Irondequoit.

Hey Mike, I see you all over Penfield these days. I saw this on google and though I would comment. Hope you and the wife and kids are doing well my mom and dad are thinking of selling their house I'll make sure they call you. We just had our second a boy.
