This particular post was suppose to be published yesterday. However, exhaustion set in and I took an early nap. 
That is what happens when you get old. So, a day late and a dollar short is better than not at all I think. It is all in the effort.
Effort is something that we all have a tendency to give. With that being said, there are some people that just go through the motions and never put forth the effort. I asked a fellow loan officer what they were doing to make money today. I was shocked when he said that he would wait around in his office till 4 or 5 for the phones to ring. I asked him what he was doing to make the phones ring. He said that he would call 10 people and then wait for a return call.
Point is, he gives 
minimal effort and expects maximum output. It does not work that way. We have to put forth the maximum effort and expect a minimal output. If we do it that way, then we can get back to making money.
