Last night I was browsing through the tools from the Google webpages: http://www.google.com/services/ and http://www.google.com/intl/en/about.html and realized how many tools Google has that can help real estate agents make their work easier, cost little to nothing, and save their work online so that they are able to access it from any computer.

There are tools for scheduling meetings from the Google Calender where you can have your assistant access and edit your calender, they have free websites, document editing, spreadsheet and graphic presentation tools as well. With all these tools, has any of you real estate agents out there used or applied these tools provided by Google? If so what do you like or don't like about it?

There are probably more applications from Google that I have not looked into as well. I will also blog about my experiences in future blogs about which programs help or not help.

You may want to search the Active Rain Blogs on the subject of Google Tools as well. Not long ago there was a great post about using the graphics feature. I've used the calendar too. It is easy to use and easily accessible too.

I integrated Google docs into my site. I built a site using Google sites. I use webmaster tools and analytics every day. I have Google maps on my site. They are great for free stuff.

Check out openoffice.org too for a free office solution.

Yes, there are so many tools out there as well as these google tools, it just takes time and energy to spend and go through and learn them. Also, to answer Anotonio, my name Thavisak Syphanthong is of Laos and Thai origins. I can speak both Laotion and Thai as well as some Chinese and French.
