The neat thing about SBA loans is that it allows people that have dreams a way to make them happen. I had a woman come into my office and I was able to put her into a nail salon, health salon combo. She had her business in it, and she now has the Real Property which she owns.
The same applies to Chefs that want their own Restaurant. There are many possibilities and the SBA looks at all of them pretty seriously. It requires a consumer to have a mission statement, game plan, and ideas on paper, but this is something that would want to be done in any case. Goals if you will. You have to think out of the box, but it allows you a piece of your own American dream

I can personally say that there are ways for people to become the entrepreneurs they always wanted to be. It is just knowing what direction to move in, knowing the correct people to talk to, and more importantly, the burning desire to run your own business. I would like to think that there are obstacles in life that can be overcome, but you always make it through the stop signs.
