I receive an email each day of free software give-aways...available only until midnight. Todays (10/23/08) is a Batch Image Watermarker. For those of you who want to protect your images with watermarks, you may want to look at this software. I will offer a link at the end of this blog, go read the details, and read the various comments to see if this is something you may want or need, and if there is anything for you to be concerned about. Hi Elizabeth - Being busy is very good, especially in this down market.  That means you are doing something right!!!  It sounds like the Lord is blessing your work.

With the market heading in bad directions, I am getting more and more calls from Professionals regarding what we do and how they can add our service to their business as many fear that more and more Realtors and LO's will be forced to leave this industry in the near future.  Sometimes it good to be busy, but I have to admit that I would rather not be busy, for the busier I am, it tends to mean the worst the economy looks.  I came into this industry though because of the down economy and the chance to help people save their homes. 

If you know of any colleages suffering because of this downturn of events, have them contact me, we may be able to help.  My apologies if this appears in any way to be a shameless plug, but I just watched the news and the market is falling like crazy...this is getting much worse way too fast and lots of people in this industry may not make it much longer, and we are going to need lots of help to keep up with all the people who will be needing help.  The best people to help save homes are those already in this industry, as they have the most contact with these homeowners.  I suspect I will be blogging like crazy in the coming weeks as things keep going in bad directions.  I can't help but wonder where all of this is heading.

Scott - They offer something new every day...some good, some not so good.  I recently learned about this site.  I read the comment section every day as it tells me whether or not to consider the daily offering.  I've turned down quite a lot of programs because of the comments section.  The best part though is that if there are similar (yet better) programs on the market that are already free, people share links to those.  I found a nice little program for free the other say that expands my computer clipboard, which I really needed...all because of one of those links.

Hi Richard - I was emailed by someone who said they were able to buy it for $9.99....just in case that low price interests you.  I would suggest keeping an eye on the comments page to see what people say about it.  Apparently, there is one system that two people were not able to get this loaded to, so if you have the same computer system they have, you may not want to try it anyway.

It says....today only special at $9.99 so I guess it ran for free one day (yesterday), a special price the next (today), the regular price is $24.99.
