News - Water Retention Pond
The Davis Spring developer has announced plans to transfer ownership of the water retention pond at the bend in Thatcher to the neighborhood association. This will allow for an opportunity to make improvements such as a walking path and benches. To get involved in a discussion of future improvements contact the board.
