I don't know what is happening in all the other markets but "trading" is happening again here. For a long time the only people who would trade were builders and even they didn't like to do it. Now it is being considered again as a way to move more properties. I actually have a property I am interested in trading and may have two to trade. It just makes a lot of sense. I have done trades in the past and I think it is a great opportunity. Sometimes a three way trade may have to be worked out. The funny thing is with prices down and inventories up and interest rates down sales should be way up. Some things seem to be trending in that direction. Hopefully when some of the market issues get worked out and things settle down people will realize what we have been saying all along "It's a great time to buy a house!" Take Care & Keep Smiling!
