It varies tremendously. If I have two reports to do on severely distressed properties, I'll go get my 10 daily comments in real quickly by visiting various groups that I started (Active Rain Book Club, Classical Music, Inspired By Nature). If I can't get my 10 comments in real quickly there, I'll go to other groups, such as NACHI Inspectors. I'll save blogging until another day. That usually takes about 30 minutes.
If I'm wanting to explore various subjects and comment on them, it could take me 1-3 hours to find them, read, and comment. Sometimes I'll do many more than 10 comments in a day if I find a new subject and lots of good blogs. Remember that commenting on someone else's blog will often get you a comment in return, which will ultimately add points to your total.
If I'm commenting and blogging in the same day, it could still be 1-3 hours.
I never spend more than 3 hours; that's just my own personal limit. I exercise self-control and save something for tomorrow.
