Warren Buffet Says, "Be Greedy"

Warren Buffett's quote, "A simple rule dictates my buying: Be fearful when others are greedy, and be greedy when others are fearful" is such a great lesson. Housing is where most of the US recovery plan dollars are being spent. Even Warren Buffett is buying real estate companies right now.
