Hi!!!!!

Today, I had m duct cleaning with a company could total duct cleaning. When m friends came home

They so a big difference in the heat, and it gave a good smell. The sanitizing was just 15$. The price is very resemble my house is a 1600 squ feet. They charge just charge me 125$. They did a good job.

I am doing it next year with them….

I am very happy that they only charged you $125 for their "service". A real home duct cleaning by a licensed professional for a home that size should take between 5 and 6 hours to complete depending on region and HVAC equipment installed in the home, and costs considerably more than the 125 they charged you. In addition, industry standard to re-clean a home is 2-5 years with most Arizona homes around the 3-4 year category at the worst. Just so I understand correctly, what exactly did they "sanitize"? Do you know what kind of chemical they claimed to put in your ducts? Did they provide the MSDS sheets to you as required?

If they are not out of business in the next few months (like the rest of the companies that you can look up on Google) then I would suggest you have them come out for free next year. Ask them for an estmate over the phone and then a written estimate before any work is done. Before you use them again, however, go to the National Air Duct Cleaners Association website at www.nadca.com to see what they should have done in your home.
