Tenants should have a right to know if their landlords face foreclosure when getting ready to lease or rent. Renter's or Lessor's, we will inform you if the property you are living in or are interested in is in default. Currently there is no law in effect that requires landlords to tell tenants when they are going to be or are in foreclosure. We will provide this service 'FREE' . So to help those who may be worried or, worse, may be at risk, we will check them out for you. We would love to help you find your next home as well.
