Searching for a home can be stressful, especially if you do not the terms for commonly used abbreviations. How many times have you've been searching on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and didn't know what 3BR 2.5BA, 2LV. COL meant? (That is a 3 bedroom, 2 and a half bath 2 level colonial home). Or have you read the For Sale section of the classifieds in your local paper and wished you had a guide for all the abbreviations? Well, wonder no more!
