Condo prices in Palm Beach Gardens and throughout Palm Beach County are up slightly in September over August, but still declined 13 percent from the year's high price point of $159,800 achieved in May. The median condo price in Palm Beach County was $139,800 in September on sales of 487 units.

Throughout the year, both home and condo prices have fluctuated, up one month, down the next with no clear pattern emerging.  While sales numbers are increasing compared with last year, there are also more homes coming on the market, adding to the glut of property for sale in Palm Beach County.

It is truly a buyers' market with short sales and foreclosures bringing prices down in almost every community.
