Marie Westerman surprised me this week. For you to understand the full gravity of my excitement I have to insert a small story.
You know what they say "Just because you are paranoid doesn't mean there isn't someone out to get you!"
Well if you didn't know that before, let me assure you it's TRUE. In the past 40 days I had to change my cell phone number, fraud alert my credit, cancel two book club memberships (that I did not join) and cancel magazine subscriptions that I did not subscribe to. Send away the man who came to sod my yard that I didn't hire to begin with & Spend lots of time with my local sheriff deputies giving him all the details.
So when another package showed up at my office I have to tell you Marie... I was a bit scared, skeptical and well yes even paranoid about opening it.
Much to my delight and surprise when I did get the package open was a very sweet card and a bag of mixed nuts. Bowling Team Story
Besides the above mentioned case of paranoia, over the past month my husband had shoulder surgery and has been out of work for 6 weeks now (2 and half before surgery 3 and half after). My two puppies were also spayed and neutered Oct. 3 and so I've been a little stressed with taking care of the office, the house, the hubby, the puppies, sending money to the kids at college... you know the list goes on and on.
So when out of the blue something showed up in the mail that not only did I not order, but would not require yet another call to the my local law enforcement I was so delighted.
So I felt I should not only mail Marie a thank you note (it's on it's way) But also give her a big public shout out and
