How to get great pictures for your mls's and your online marketing.
1. The best photo size is 8x10
2. Do not turn your camera for a vertical (portrait) shot, only take horizontal photos(landscape)
3. Take lots of of pictures (around 50) so you be sure to have some great and interesting shots.
4. Photo file size should be around 60-100K for quick easy downloading.
5. Avoid shadows on the front of the house by taking pictures at a good time of day or during a cloudy day.
