As we struggle in these difficult economic times, everyone concerned about the price of gas, real estate downturn, and the market downslide, it brings to my mind a term: "When the going gets tough, the tough get going!"
Fellow professionals are suffering from comapany downsizing due to the tightening of lending practices and other current events and I even heard an aquaintance the other day at lunch coin the term "mortgage broker meltdown!" Buyers are on the hard end of "Mortgage rejection, and headlines like "Mortgage Crisis" are all over the news so many are looking at other avenues to supplement or repalace their current income. There are many in this day looking towards legitimate home employment, and hey, why put all your eggs in one basket. I heard that Donald Trump said himself if he had to do it all over he would be involved in direct sales and internet marketing. I myself have done much research and found a low upfront internet business that one can run from home or off a laptop virtually anywhere that has a potential for great comensatory return, high commission and affiliate opportunity as well.
