Knowledge is Your Power For The Freedom of a Worry- Free Home!

Be sure you are woking with a Real Estate Agent that represents you and your family.

Make certain that the Agent you have decided to work with is really going to represent you and not the Home Seller. Really look in to exactly what the Agent does for Home Buyers and where the Agent's loyalty really lies. A listing Agent owes their allegiance to the Seller, and if you go off and contact that Agent, you cannot expect, or even get impartial representation of your interests in buying a home. Do not even think about representing yourself, you really lack the leverage to negotiate a favorable deal. Plus you are not going to have the advantage of an Agent's analysis of the market in your area a the realistic selling price of homes in the area.

It's really best to use a Exclusive Buyer's Agent, to work for you and your family!

Hello! Many people think that if an agent is showing them homes they are working for them... not true! What a good point for all buyers to know... as a buyer you always want someone on your side. Great information from a great person... Thanks for providing such good information for all home buyers! I hope you are having a good week-end ... it is nice today but they say we may get our first freeze tonight. Brenda :)

A lot of Home Buyers do think if they are working with a Real State Agent, that Agent is working for them. The really bad thing is, that folk's sometime's find out too late. That their Angent is feeding the listing Agent and the Home Seller's info about them.
