I have a party wishing to sell a piece of city property in a residential neighborhood in downtown Kelowna.

Being that there is a bit of a language barrier, it is most advantageous to engage a Chinese speaking realtor - or at least one with a great deal of understanding and compassion - and with the best interests of the seller in mind.

The property may be suitable for residential to high rise development, dependent on city zoning issues of course.
