I took the CRS Staging Class this week taught by Martha Webb, who wrote Dress Your House for Success.  As always with any CRS course, the class was well worth the time and money.  Besides another designation, Certified Home Marketing Specialist, we learned techniques and skills to serve our sellers better in this market and any market.

There were stats showing how much control the seller has on helping sell their home.  Often times the challenge for us is communicating what the sellers can do to get their homes ready and she gave us some suggestions on doing that.

In this market everything we learn is an asset to our business-so continuing our education will pay off. If you get the opportunity to take this class-go for it!
