While working as a location manager on The Weight of it (Filmed in Auburn, Ca) The sound guy walked up to me and said "I think you are friends with one of my friends on MySpace, Rob " Sure enough I went to Robs friends page and there he was Dave  Losko owner of Audio Oasis of course I made him MY  friend.

While on set he met Karri Borka she was the caterer on set with a company called A Chef For All Reasons and they started dating (now stay with me) so I kept in touch with him on the film end reminding him that I do real estate as well.   Sure enough a year later almost to the day Dave and Karri started looking for a home with me.  I am happy to say they closed Friday and Karri and Dave are the proud owners of a 3 bed 2 baths in the lovely town of Meadow Vista, ca, exactly 1 year later.  (There first date was on Halloween last year)
