REO listings - No more space

By
Real Estate Agent with Spectrum Real Estate Group LLC

I recently tried to contact banks and REO websites offering my services in NJ only to hear them say that they have an exhaustive responce from agents and have stopped taking new applications. Are there only paid websites that we can go to now? Are there any asset managers looking for an agent in NJ?

I feel your pain on this topic.  Banks and REOs have been bombarded by Realtors in East TN.  It is a tought business to get in and to stay in.  The returns are much lower than other methods.

I have written a 7-part blog on 35 reo asset managers and reo web resources.  Get your name out there.  Let me know how that works for you.

Everybody and their mother is trying to become an reo listing agent. Like Nelson said persistence is the key.

I've listed 4 REOs since July.  Okay it's not setting the world on fire but I was pleased.  I started working at making contacts with asset managers, and BPO/REO companies in May.  I completed a ton of BPOs but it has been paying off.  Check out www.learntolistREO.com .
