The immediate feedback regarding the Real Living HER Open House Hop promoting up to $10k in incentives to buyers was a success.  With 700 homes held open you cannot expect every home to receive great traffic, however, we heard several stories of homes with 15-17 visitors.  The central Ohio weather cooperated too. 

The best feedback from the event came from agents who told us how much their sellers appreciated Real Living trying to do something to spur sales despite the down market and going into the seasonal downturn. 

We'll learn more when we see how many homes actually go into contract.
