Our Phillies are one win away from winning the 2008 World Series. The last time we won was in 1980. Now we have Hamels going in Game 5, Howard, Utley, Rollins leading the way. The Philadelphia Fans are ready to celebrate tonight. If it happens it will be a wild party. This city and Delaware Valley suburban areas are crazy about the Phillies Red October. They are ready for a big celebration, don't miss it. Lets Go Phils! You Gotta Believe!
Bill, I have been a Red Sox Fan forever. I still can't believe they won, twice! You can't even get a seat to the games now. I wish the Phillies luck! They need the win, too! People need the lift ~ Go PHILLIES!

I know how you felt. My family is also Red Sox fans since my Dad was from Massachusetts. I was so glad for my Dad since he never saw them win his whole life. Now he has seen them win two World Series. Major League Baseball should have never played this game tonight, since they knew about this weather. We are still hoping....

That's a post of its own! Congratulations to the Phillies and their fans! Having been to Philadephia this past June, for Brian Buffini's Turning Point, I can say it is an awesome city! Can't wait to go back next year!

Bill, It was a great game. I was at the game( both days) and it was exciting . We had to stay overnight in the city because we could not get our car out of the parking lot because of the celebrations. Do you know how I can get the issues of Inquirer and Daily News dated Oct 30.? I have been calling daily and there is a recording .
