I was an AR rookie trying to figure out how to manipulate pics on a blog...and found one of your tutorial blogs on how to do that. Ive recommended tutorial videos that you have made to just about everyone I have met on here. Thanks. From me to you.

ROLE MODEL

Ok, if we're trading stories... When I was just a baby in the business (sometime last year), I had a bunch of annoying rookie questions about video for Jeff, and I shot him an email. He responded with, "It looks like you have iChat? Can we video chat?" He then proceeded to spend what seemed like hours on screen walking me through each and every question I had and helping me out. And here's the kicker: His business is based on people paying money to use his service to publish online real estate videos! Didn't matter to him one bit that I wasn't a RES customer yet.

The man is the real deal. A role model in business, technology, family and life. OK, this bro-mance is getting uncomfortably heavy....

Back to my manly, hetero side...
