A huge benefit to working with Commercial Private Money Sources is that many of them are NOT affected by the collapsing financial markets we are currently experiencing.

These are forward looking lending sources that realize that today's economy is not going to be affect a project that is scheduled to be completed 18 to 36 months from now.
International Financing Solutions works only with sources who continue to fund Development Loans at 100%LTC (Loan to Cost) with a maximum of 80% LTV (Loan to completed value). If you have a residential development, we can still fund them. You will need to either have substantial pre-sales or a strong feasibility study plus be in the control of an experienced developer.
Our sources will also entertain the unusual projects like Shrimp Farms, Recycling Plants, Tidal power, Bio-diesel plants and much more. They especially like resorts and hotels since these are cash cows once the doors open. If the resort / hotel is flagged, that is even better.
