Hi Carol, Do you know anything about the market in Roosevelt or other parts of Duchesne County? I own 4 lots - 2 in Roosevelt and 2 in the Cove Acres area. Every now and then I get an offer by mail, but I'm not needing to sell them at this time and I don't have any idea whether the area has grown up since I purchased them about 10 years ago or so.
Here in the Sacramento area, our inventory is down quite a bit, so that is good news, and homes are still selling, but the prices are down from the inflated ones of a couple of years ago. Once we work our way through the worst of the foreclosure mess, we should be fine. Glad to see your area is doing well, and I like your attitude!
