What is your favorite element or feature of your home? Please explain.
Our home is very customized, from the theater room to the hot tub room to the sports bar room. Rather than just a 'guest" room, we had Eric build a "guest suite" which is very unique and private for company staying over. My personal favorite would be my library with a 14' ceiling and book shelves on two walls - floor to ceiling.

Jacob at Franklin Building Supply was most helpful in the selection process for flooring and window coverings. he's always there to answer any upkeep questions on the materials installed!

Franklin Building Company is really the only one that I worked with directly.

Strada Bellissima Subdivision. It's a beautiful high end subdivision. Convenient access to everything.

If at all possible - Use Eric Evans to build your home!
