Even though there have been 391 condo sales in the past six months on Cape Cod, the number of new listings continues to out-pace the sales. As a result, the number of months it would take to exhaust the current inventory (absorption rate) remains high. The rate in a "normal" market would be approximately five months.

What does this mean? It means that we still have a buyer's market and there a many good deals available.
