"Character-deficient souls', that sums it up perfectly. It is really sad, it gives all of us agents a bad name. I guess we will just have to work that much harder to let the public know that there are honest and ethical real estate agents out there!

I agree real estate can-be a "bare knuckles game", and you have to have tough skin. You still can remain ethical. It is those who could be called "shady" real estate agents, that make me sick.

I would love to know what the inspiration was for this. But you are wise beyond your years! By the way, I think I know.
Excellent post Kristy. I really enjoy your perspective and writing style. I think a lot like you when it comes to this issue as you can see here, nice job!
Great post Kristy!! Whether its the real estate or mortgage industry or any industry for that matter, I'm a firm believer in "you reap what you sow."
Another thought...
Maybe the Code of Ethics just keeps the honest people honest.

Thanks for taking the time to read this post.

Your right, I think you do know what my inspiration for this post is! It just amazes me what lengths some people will go to, to get ahead, and what is even more amazing is that they are able to sleep at night!

Well said! Thanks for the great advice.

Thanks for posting a link to your blog, I enjoyed reading your stories. Thanks for doing the right thing.
Money is great, but we have to remember that we are in the business of customer service.
John~
You are right "you reap what you sow". It's just frustrating when you work hard, and you see someone else who is getting ahead because they have found a way to cheat the system.
