This Condo is One Step Ahead!

Peachtree Home Staging recently provided home staging services, furnishings, and accessories for a vacant condo located in the Buckhead area of Atlanta. Buckhead is conveniently located near Midtown and Downtown Atlanta.

The owner of the condo lives out of town and had to trust we'd get the job done right. We finished up and sent photos last week and the owner paid a personal visit to the property this past weekend. Here is the e-mail we received back:

Also - could you give me the artwork that hangs above that chair? I mean, I can wait until it the condo sells which will be in no time flat thanks to your staging.

What an incredible job you did with this condo. While staging can't guarantee results, it can make the property much more competitive than it's competition, which is what it's all about - outshining the competition.
