Do I need Approvals to sell my land? Selling your Vacant Land-Westchester and Putnam County
You do not always need to have building approval to sell your Vacant Land!!
But if you want to get a good price for it you better at least have Board of Health Approval. Buyers that buy property without approvals will usually pay any where fro 12-50% less for a piece of vacant land.
Start with a survey and then hire an Engineer to get your approvals.
It is worth the $3,000.00 to $8,000.00 it will cost you because you will usually get $15-$50,000.00 more for it.
