Baby Boomers are reaching the age of retirement and the days of carrying 2 homes, one in Florida and one somewhere else, is also going to come to an end. As people retire and and become more concerned about the future of their retirement accounts the more holding on to two properties too will become obsolete. Retirees will definately still move to Florida because the weather is a sure thing. That is what most baby boomers have looked forward to for many years, retiring and enjoying Golf, Tennis, Walking on the Beach or just not being in the snow. #2 Internationally, well what do they say location, location, location! Get it! There are many steals and deals out there all you need is an educated realtor to help you to maneuver through these difficult and confusing markets. Education is everything. There are many foreclosures out there but you need to know the difference between bidding on a bank owned foreclosure and short sales.
