Foreclosrue and REO Cleanout Trash-out Pricing

Our Pricing for Foreclosure Cleanouts / Trash-outs

We offer a simple, flat fee for a standard trash-out/interior cleanup at only $800 which includes the following:

Junk/Debris removal: Including 1,600 sf house*, ¼ acre yard, and 10 cubic yards of debris removal.

Interior cleanup: Includes cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens, fireplaces, ceiling fans & light fixtures, laundry rooms, closets, and all other common living areas and garage [cleared out and swept clean]. We vacuum carpets and mop hard floors.

* Add an exterior cleanup for only $200: Includes junk and debris removed from the yard, grass cut, shrubs trim, weed-eating and raking. Yard debris removal is included in the 10 cubic yard haul-off.

Additional cubic yards of debris: $40/cubic yard

** We will contact you and document any additional charges with digital photos as proof.

I can see how the homes properly staged will sell faster, but we have a totally different method of getting hundreds of lookers through a house. We conduct estate liquidation sales for heirs, executors, attorneys and individuals. We discovered that a house contents sale puts hundreds more people through the house than a traditional open house. We ask the brokers to attend the sale and take names. Almost every person coming to the sale, either wants to buy the house or knows someone who is looking. See our website: http://www.RhodeIslandEstateSales.com At the end of each sale we have the property cleaned out and swept by a local clean up crew of veterans who do the dump run and donate any leftover usable stuff to furnish new living quarters for homeless veterans. Consider this messy but worthwhile concept!

That is a wonderful idea! We too donate to a homeless organization. At ACE Hauling we donate to ALPHA Project, which is a wonderful organization. They have multiple programs for drug rehabilitation and living quarters. Keep up the good work, it nice to know that people are still giving back to the community!
