It has not been without trying on my part and being on Active Rain as a on topic and consistent blogger and social net worker.  However, I ran Santa Clarita Real Estate and Paris911.com came into position one.  I double checked the spelling and was still there.

I am not crazy nor a few cans short of a six pack - But I will not check again because just having seen it once and extending my Sincere Gratitude to Active Rain, Kinetic Knowledge and Link U Systems, I am ready to move on and do some real blogging!!!

Congrats on the progress.... I noticed that if I am logged into igoogle my position is higher and if I log out of it, it drops... not sure why.

For an eastern seaboard based search, signed out of any Google account [I'll add], you're showing no. 9/ 301,000 for Santa Clarita Real Estate - congrats.

Sometimes people don't realize how difficult it is to achieve, particularly in a competitive market like yours Connor. It requires the kind of writing you're comitted to doing, the right set of back, outbound and internal links, activity around your content [traffic, subscriptions, page views, etc.] and then good site architecture.
