There is no doubt there are fewer listings out there. The haystack is getting smaller every day. I have been working with some buyers who just can't find a house they like. They have eliminated many houses even before visiting them. I was sure we would find something by now. Being familiar with their criteria, I was positive that something would come on the market which they would like.

Here is what we are looking for:  3 bedroom, 1 1/2 or 2 bath ranch, basement, preferably 2 car garage, preferably public sewer (now considering septic), prefer gas heat.  Price range up to $425000. Somerset or Hunterdon counties in New Jersey EXCLUDING Manville, Raritan Borough, Lebanon Borough, High Bridge and some others. We have concentrated our efforts in Hillsborough, Bridgewater, Clinton and Raritan townships.

If you have someone who is hesitating to list but who meets the above criteria, PLEASE talk to me. I really would like to get these qualified buyers into a home soon.
