There are many websites like the MLS that will not allow pictures larger than a certain size, 500K for example.  These websites don't have the nifty resizing option like Active Rain does.  Having to resize each picture, especially when I have so many for my listings can be a real pain!

There is an open source photo resize tool out there that resizes multiple pictures in a few seconds!  All you have to do is drag and drop the photos onto the exectutable file and you are done!  You can create files for any size picture you want (i.e. PhotoResize300.exe, PhotoResize640.exe, etc...) simply by copying an existing photo resize file and renaming it to the new photo size you want.

I don't have to manually resize pictures in a paint shop program anymore.  Now I can spend that extra time on other important tasks!  I use this program so often for real estate that I have it on my desktop!

Patricia,

This will save me so much time - so many of my camera are set for photos for art work for advertising and I have to re-size them to put on-line.  Thanks.
