Sundays have been brutal lately. I am sure it could be a number of things; The market, the weather, gas, location, etc. Bottom line, I am been hosting open houses every single Sunday for the past few months and NO ONE IS SHOWING UP!
I have been racking my brain trying to come up with ways to get people to this house (on a budget) and I thought that maybe during the week from 4pm-6pm while people are getting off of work. So far I have been here for only 15minutes and no traffic. None the less, you generally don't see open houses during the week but I am hoping to even just get people noticing the signs and then possibly coming back on Sunday or even just calling after driving by.
I wonder if anyone else has had to do this lately (or ever) and what response they have gotten.
