My Website Needs Help!

By
Real Estate Agent with ALRG Inc

Hi everyone I just wanted to say thanks to ALL of you for sharing great information on how to market to the Latino community.  At least 50% of my clients are Latino and me being so close to the border(San Diego) I would like to really concentrate on targeting Latinos that need my service.  Now that prices are more affordable here I am seeing a huge number of visitors from Mexico coming to my website and even signing up as VIP members for full MLS access.  All this with simple SEO and Google Adwords.  I say "simple SEO" because I am still learning about it and implementing the techniques.

Anyone here with any ideas on how I can make my site more Latino friendly?  I am a "pocho" when it comes to writing Spanish so I apologize in advance for my grammar/punctuation on my "Hablo Espanol" page.

Thank You,

Hey Tony, goto: www.vivareal.com and or just hit up Brian on this site and the host of the group. He can help you with your site, plus the VivaReal site is the prefered site for NAHREP members both in English and Spanish.

Good Luck,

Victor

Hey Tony, that is great you are leveraging the power of SEO/PPC to bring traffic from Mexico. I used to live in SD and there is definitely a lot of cross border opportunities. In order for you to maximize your exposure I recommend that you create your bilingual webpage on VivaReal.us here. It is free to do and once you create it you can upload your listings to the site. Currently we get thousands of visitors from Mexico. I have seen (based on our traffic reports) that San Diego and Chula Vista are two areas with a lot of interest from Mexico. Good luck and let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks for the response guys.  I just opened up an account at VivaReal and I'm excited to use it this awesome marketing tool. Brian are there any options to have visitors access local MLS(En Espanol) from my bilingual web page?

Thanks
