Farewell and best wishes to Bob and Arlene! They are 2 of my former but satisfied clients. Just yesterday the job of selling their rural Wisconsin home was done. They had the pleasure of knowing their closing was a success and their proceeds were in their hands. In the short time I had known them, they were a joy to work for. They kept their home in tip top condition, it was always easy to show and they correctly priced the home from the very start, thus netting them 98% of their asking price.

The buyer's bank, who financed this sale was on the other side of the River.  Locally that meant... I had to drive over to Iowa... over the Mississippi River and over the Lansing Bridge. It was a first for me; Hey, as Realtors say, "have closing will travel".  At this moment, Bob is heading south en route for Arizona with his wife by his side. I believe they are singing a happy tune. No longer northern snowbirds, no more winters and they have a new home waiting for them when they arrive.  They were so excited to get on the road. Thanks again Bob and Arlene, for allowing me to be your Realtor, for allowing me to assist you in achieving your dream.
