Wanted: up to 100 condo units where the developer/contractor is distressed.

My customer's are looking to purchase up to 100 condo units (minimum of 5 units) in South Florida, east of I-95. The units were preferably built after 2005. They prefer 2/2's or 3/2's and prefer to buy in the Fort Lauderdale, Pompano Beach, Sunrise, in Broward County, Florida area.

Bank owned properties/Foreclosures preferred.

These can be closed quickly.

These are not foreign buyers.

Please let me know ASAP if you have any properties that suit my request.

Karen, would they consider Panama City Beach? I am working on about 70 units that are a distressed seller, new building.

Where is Panama City Beach? I'm honestly not sure. They are looking in Broward County, in South Florida...

I'm thinking you are near the panhandle...
