Realtor Association Endorses The Need For Staging When Selling Real Estate - Get The Brochure

The Realtor Association finally gets behind the need to stage your home for sale, and has produced offical collateral for their real estate agents to use when communicating the need for home staging.

This endorsement by the Realtor Association finally validates the need for staging services with their members (real estate agents). Make sure to mention this when talking to prospective sellers and real estate agents alike when offering your services.

Kudo's to the Realtor Association, finally staging is another accepted service when selling real estate.

I went to their site and read the inside panel -- that had lots of good suggestions for sellers. However, it would have been even better if they'd recommended hiring a professional home stager! Maybe next time ....

So would it be unethical to buy a couple hundred of these, put my nonremovable business sticker on them and make them available to all local agents?

Just being able to say that the Realtor Association (would that be the NAR?) officially advocates staging is a real benefit for us stagers. It's very authoritative for both realtors and home owners. Thanks for spreading the news, Akanke.

With this endorsement from the Realtor Association, hopefully more real estate agents will become aware of staging as an accepted practice, and see more real estate agents confidently communicating the need for staging to their sellers.

I will be getting some of these brochures to distribute to local real estate agents, I'll post a follow-up on the responses.
