Keeping in touch with your clients and peers is mostly hard to be consistent about especially when we are so focus on helping other clients. If you are an agent with more than 10 clients working on most of them at the same time, your scheduling for everything else will not go well because the reality is, it is hard to please everyone.
So what are the ways we can do to help us on keeping in touch with our precious clients and friends in this business:
1. Choosing the place where to eat for lunch or dinner is always good to remember our favorite places where we know a lot of people already. Visiting our sphere of influence reminds them of why they like us as a Realtor. Sitting with them without talking about our business helps well to show our sincerity and who we really are. Listening to their problems and giving our thoughts makes us real to them and they would really appreciate us more for who we are.
2. Sending them a card is another thing that would really help us personalized it and sets us aside from others. If you have more than 50 people, it will be hard to keep up with their birthdays without constantly looking at the calendar. So use a system that will help you with this problem. I personally found one tool that is available now and this system helps me remember the holidays, special occasions or birthdays. 3. Lastly, keeping your clients email in your distribution list and sending an email once a month would also help them remember you on how good you are in what you do and how you have a great sense of humor. We all need laughs and great inspirations in life. So why not enlighten their day!!!

Marie~ Keeping in touch is very important! I have been introduced to the send out card program by quite a few people in ActiveRain. I think it IS a good thing. Someday, I probably will use the program, but not now.
