If you are looking to buy or sell, you should choose a Realtor who puts service first.  Buying or selling a home can be very stressful.  A good agent will eliminate as much of that stress as possible.  Ask your next Realtor the hard questions.  Make sure they have your best interest at heart.  Make sure that they are aware of what your needs are.  If they don't ask, they don't have care.  Move on!  No one cares how much you know until they know how much you care.

2007 Real Estate in Utah is scheduled to continue much as 2006. All areas increased in value, some more than others.  While most of the Untied State appears to be in a housing slump, Utah is enjoying a healthy economy and active Real Estate market.
