Services for Real Estate Pros with Real Estate Consultant

Hello Everyone! I stumbled upon this new group by way of Alexsandra Stewart. I am very excited about reading everyone's reviews and writing some of my own. I never have been a ferocious reader but lately I have found my nose in a good book almost daily! Some of my favorite authors are John Grisham, Anne Perry, Janet Evanovich and James Patterson. I like reading because it is much more entertaining than TV. (100 channels and nothing to watch!)

Russel- Thanks for creating this group!

Welcome to the Book Club.

Keep your eye open throughout your Active Rain reading and commenting for people mentioned books and then invite them to our Book Club.

Your comment about television rings true, too. Reminds me of the old song that I think is titled "52 channels and nothing on." I shall have to find that.

I don't know which I like better, the cat among the books, or the books among the cat. Welcome to the Club. I work at Borders (that's where I get my good health/vision/dental insurance), so I hope to contribute some good book reviews to the Club here.

I hate to admit this, but I'm reading my first book this year... A little late, I know, but at least I'm getting to it. I have read a few real estate books, but that doesn't count in my opinion. I really hadn't read a book since I was maybe 10? Then my wife made me read one because it wasn't out on CD yet, so if I wanted to read it, I had to do it myself. (Hey, when is the movie coming out?)

Oh...the humanity.

Lori, I Love the graphic.  I can't put my finger on the artist's name but I think I've seen this before.  I thinks it's called Clarence, or something like that.  Could be wrong...usually am!  Lol!

Todd- The books are always better than the movie you know. So what is your first book of the year?

Susan- Cute graphic huh? I got it off of glitter-graphics.com and it had a disclaimer that as far as they knew it was not copyright infringed. I hope I'm OK. With all the talk about copyrights lately maybe I should remove it!

Hi Lori - I love to ream more than anything, yet find that unless I'm on vacation, I feel too guilty to spend the time because I'm always working. With the 3-year decline in our market, the extra work has been necessary. Good news is I have 3 weeks of vacation time coming up so I'll at least get in 3 or 4 books! Thanks for sharing and warm greetings from Paradise. Oh, thanks for the comment on my dance routine. Welcome to my nutty world!

Greg-I am a sporadic reader. I can go for a very long time not reading and then boom...you can't get my nose out of the books. Right now I am in a reading frenzy. You are welcome for the dance comment...you are a hoot!

Not sure if I am signed up for this group or not, I should be, I am a voracious reader and have always been so......I remember reading under the covers with a flashlight so my parents didn't know I was still reading and not sleeping....8-)

Hi Lori,

I will have to check out the new book group. The lights were out for a few hours last night. It would have been a good night to read by candle light. Has the rain stoped yet?....Doug

Greg- Do you like to read...Are you one of those people that read business improvement books?

Bonnie- I think you should join! M oldest son used to do the same thing but we knew and I bet your parents did too!

Douglas- It is still raining. We never lost our power though the lights flickered. It sure was windy and it knocked a lot of limbs out of trees. What's it like in the valley today?

Shirley- I just joined that group also. I am finishing up John Grisham's "A Time To Kill" It is one of his first books so most people have probably read it already and I don't know if I will write a review. But maybe I will anyways just to trow my opinion out there!

Susan- I guess I am not the only one because I forget all the details. I can remember a plot but not the details. I am the same with movies. Is that a sign of age?

Alexsandra- Thanks for the welcome! I am going to read more too. I am finding it very enjoyable right now.
